Leadership styles
Developing the capacity to plan and design sound projects is crucial to the implementation of effective policy-driven programmes. This course provides participants with a solid foundation in project design. Develop a regular work routine. Keep your work space tidy so that you can work efficiently - it's hard to do this if things you need to find are buried under a pile of paper! Some leadership styles can be quite effective but contrivertial.
Section seven looks at the factors impeding, and those conducive to, leadership skills development by small business. Section eight addresses some policy questions and the appropriate role for governments. Sections 4-5 are action oriented. They attempt to provide guidelines and examples for a group desiring to start using consultative decision making methodology, or to improve the performance of an existing consultative group.
