Kamasutra Postures And Positions
A man’s temperament determines how much of passion he has according to the kamsutra postures or positions.
One who is said to be small of passion is one who lacks desire if he rejects the embrace of his lover. On the other
hand, those men who have intense passion are deemed full of desire for their lovers. Women are supposed to have the same degree of passion as designated for the
male lovers.
The embraces and positions of Kamasutra
There are four kinds of embraces according to the kamasutra postures.
- Touching embrace
- Rubbing embrace
- Piercing embrace
- Pressing embrace
The latter two embraces are for those couples who have an idea of the intentions of the other one. However,
these positions are further defined as a
- Creeper vine
- Climbing a tree
- Mixing the seed
- Mixture of milk and water
The latter two positions occur when the couple is engaged in a sexual union.
The game of love
Places you can kiss include on the forehead, the eyes, the cheeks, the throat, the bosom, the breasts, the lips,
and the inside of the mouth.
There are so many positions that a couple may engage in but each has a meaning of its own within the kamasutra. Kissing, touching, long eye
contact all have meaning it appears that no woman is thought to be forward if she makes the first
advances.
Positions depend on the person and their agility if they intend to practice the art of kamasutra. While
addressing the meaning of each action, make sure you are comfortable with its meaning and are willing to follow
through. If you meet a person who seems attracted to you, be sure to only signal that you wish to take it another
level when you are comfortable with the situation. Each movement means something within the Indian culture. Be sure
to know exactly what you are signaling when you make eye contact or touch body parts.
Thinking of the other positions mentioned in the book, you need to get the articles for your own consumption. It
would take too long here to plus it would not do justice to the various positions here.
The ancient eastern societies actually have something here and it is being practiced even when we don’t want to
acknowledge it. We have dressed up the ideas of sex so that it is palatable for us now, but when you spend time reading about the practices, you will find that
there is nothing new under the sun. We just have different names for what is being done to make us believe
that we have something new and different.
Pick up a copy of the kamasutra book and have fun reading about the lost art of love and then check your memory
bank to see if you are engaged in the same things they are talking about. It may surprise you.
